This lamp base is no longer made. The lamp is the base only, you will have to wire it to suit your needs. This particular pattern and shape can never be ordered again, once it's gone, it's gone. Take note of the bottom of this piece. While this pattern was designed by Maria Ciszewska, it was actually painted by Krystyna Dacyszyn, a well-known and prolific artist with the Ceramika Artystyczna Factory. In addition this one has wood base attached. Most of these need rehab to the wood to some degree. This can be removed as well. I am not selling this lamp based on the condition of the wood base. Also please note there is a spot on this where the paint is smudged. It's about the size of a half dollar. 

This piece is part of a large inventory collection that has been in storage for almost 20 years. They are all new pieces, ordered at the time by a direct distributor for the Ceramika Artystyczna factory. Many of these pieces are patterns and or shapes that are no longer in production. When they are gone, they are gone. They cannot be ordered again. Remember that the paints used then were different than they are today. It's not uncommon to see minor pits (like tiny pinpricks), minor smudges, or other minor marks and it's also not unusual for the piece to have lost its sticker.
