Teresa Liana is one of the most celebrated designers at Ceramika Artystyczna in Bolesławiec, Poland. A graduate of the Ceramic Technical School in Krotoszyn, she joined the cooperative in 1983 and has spent more than four decades helping shape the artistic identity of modern Polish pottery.

Over the course of her career, Teresa has created more than 2,100 original patterns, making her one of the factory's most prolific and influential artists. Her exceptional work has earned numerous awards from the Industrial Design Institute in Warsaw, recognizing both her creativity and her lasting contribution to contemporary Polish ceramics.

Teresa is known for creating cohesive thematic collections inspired by nature and everyday beauty. Her designs often feature lush gardens, colorful bouquets, graceful butterflies, and beautifully detailed birds. She has also created several beloved collections inspired by the Polish countryside, including vibrant red poppies, cheerful daisies, and distinctive teapot motifs. Throughout her work, rich cobalt blues remain one of her signature artistic elements, giving many of her designs a timeless elegance that collectors immediately recognize.
